Role Overview -

affluent & wealth client portfolio

Key Responsibilities

Grow
CASA value
and acquire new affluent / wealth clients
Deepen relationships through
cross-sell of banking, investment & loan products
Increase
product holding per customer
within the mapped portfolio
Provide seamless onboarding on
Mobile/Net Banking, SIPs, Insurance, Investments & Loans
Handle
walk-in customers
, routine transactions, fund transfers, deposits & withdrawals
Coordinate with internal teams for
SME loans, working capital, trade & CMS business
Ensure
high customer satisfaction (NPS)
through quick query & complaint resolution
Maintain
cash operations, vault management, EOD reports & branch registers
Ensure
100% compliance
with bank policies, audits & regulatory guidelines
