Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Client Onboarding:
Lead smooth onboarding of new clients onto Prozos warehousing and logistics network.
Project Planning:
Manage end-to-end project planning, including manpower, capex/opex, and execution timelines.
WMS & Tech Setup:
Ensure WMS and technology platforms are fully ready before client go-live.
Manpower Training:
Oversee training and upskilling of on-roll and off-roll staff for onboarding.
SOP/BPD Creation:
Develop detailed SOPs and Business Process Documents covering all use cases and exceptions.
Warehouse Layout Planning:
Plan warehouse layouts for optimal space utilization, inventory flow, and safety.
Process Excellence:
Implement and monitor process excellence initiatives from day one of operations.
