Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers to provide technical support for products or services.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, or network-related issues.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions or remote assistance.
  • Document and update customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM or ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the appropriate technical teams.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to deliver accurate and efficient support.
  • Meet performance metrics such as call quality, first-call resolution (FCR), and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with company policies and international quality standards.
