Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand and execute policies and procedures Ability to maintain confidentiality during investigation Minimum 6 years plus experience with at least 3 years relevant experience of team handling & working in high stake environment. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic National Fire Safety Manager to lead our fire safety efforts at a national level. This role will ensure a consistent and proactive approach to fire prevention, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance across all locations. Key Responsibilities:- Ensure Uniform Compliance: Ensure adherence to all national, state, and local fire safety regulations, codes, and licensing requirements across all warehouses and dark stores. Mitigate Risk: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate fire-related risks to protect employees, inventory, and infrastructure. Centralize Expertise: Provide expert guidance and oversight on fire prevention systems, emergency preparedness, equipment maintenance, and incident response protocols. Enhance Safety Culture: Drive a strong safety-first culture by promoting awareness, preparedness, and compliance with fire safety norms throughout the organization. Compliance Licensing: Manage and track all necessary fire safety licenses and certifications. Ensure timely renewals and audits across all locations.
