Role & responsibilities Responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of machinery and equipment. Execute preventive maintenance plans, prioritize work stoppages, and maintain a 95% machinery availability rate. Additionally, play a crucial role in preserving the company's infrastructure, reducing spare part inventory costs, and promoting professional growth through training and technological advancements. 11KV substations, HT/LT lines & distribution panels. CNC/PLC, SCADA trouble shooting. Maintenance & electrical trouble shooting of CNC machines, Hydraulic Systems, pneumatic systems, painting conveyors, testing machines Utilities. Like Boiler, HP/LP compressors, Cooling Towers etc.
Role & responsibilities 1. Shift Operations: Oversee the day-to-day production activities during the assigned shift, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently. 2. Workforce Management: Manage the shift workforce, including machine operators and production workers, by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance. 3. Quality Control: Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications by conducting regular quality checks and addressing quality issues promptly. 4. Machine Operation: Monitor machine operation, troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate with maintenance for any major repairs or adjustments. 5. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety training, and maintain a safe working environment for shift workers. 6. Shift Reporting: Prepare shift reports detailing production output, quality metrics, any incidents, and shift handovers. 7. Inventory Management: Keep track of raw materials and finished goods inventory during the shift, ensuring adequate stock levels. 8. Knowledge & working experience in windows, Excel, word & ERP system. Accountability: - 1. Production Targets: Accountable for meeting production targets and ensuring ontime delivery during the assigned shift. 2. Quality Standards: Accountable for maintaining product quality and adherence to quality standards during the shift. 3. Safety Compliance: Accountable for enforcing safety practices and minimising safety incidents during the shift.
