Job Responsibilities:
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, including machines, conveyors, and mechanical systems.• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime and ensure equipment reliability.• Troubleshooting: Lead troubleshooting efforts to identify and rectify mechanical faults and issues promptly.• Spare Parts Management: Manage spare parts inventory to ensure the availability of critical mechanical components and reduce downtime.• Safety Compliance: Enforce mechanical safety protocols and standards, conduct safety training, and minimize mechanical hazards in the workplace.• Team Management: Lead and manage the mechanical maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.• Energy Efficiency: Implement energy-efficient practices and technologies to reduce energy consumption and operational costs.• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment manuals, and mechanical schematics.
