Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Role Overview: As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in Khopoli, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of various equipment such as diesel and oil burners, vacuum pumps, gear pumps, and gear motors. With a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience, you will be expected to demonstrate quick installation and mounting skills for gear assemblies, bearings, and mechanical seals. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshooting temperature and pressure sensors - Conducting routine inspections - Performing root cause analysis for mechanical failures - Supporting in the commissioning of new mechanical systems - Maintaining inventory for critical spares - Documenting maintenance logs and repair records Qualification Required: - Possess welding experience - Familiarity with PLCs, HMI systems, and ladder logic programming - Knowledge of procurement in the Khopoli-Taloja-Dombivli-Thane area Additional Details: In return, the company offers a competitive salary, overtime compensation, and a joining bonus for the initial 3-month orientation.
