1) QA System( ISO/TS/Environments Norms, Safety, Fire etc) with detailing.( APQP, Project tracking & monitoring , DFMEA, PFMEA, Severity NO, Applicable of SOP & documents with process flow chart etc )
2) Line Inspection & Process Quality
3) Incoming quality
4) Outgoing Quality
5) Warranty
6) Basic understanding of All process
7) Analytic skill with & QC tools
8) Audit skill like Process Audit, Component Audit, Supplier Audit, Supplier capabilities evaluation etc
9) Reading capabilities of 2d & 3 data & drg
10) Checking On hand experience on m/c we have like 3D m/c , profile projector & Basic instruments Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Vr. Height gunge , Slip gauge ,Plating thickness measuring m/c etc .
11) SPC knowledge with gauge R&R , 6 sigma limit e.t.c
12) Presentation Skill .( PPT making, Communication method etc)
Minm Qualification :- B.E , B.Tech or equivalent degree . Also additional degree like Yellow Belt , Green Belt or Six Sigma black belt in Quality .
