Fire Pipeline Marketing Engineer

We are a pipeline construction company expanding into Fire Fighting Pipeline Construction. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Marketing & Technical Executive who has strong industry contacts and solid technical knowledge of fire-fighting piping systems, fittings, drawings, and site execution requirements.
The candidate must have 5+ years experience in MEP/fire-fighting pipeline marketing, project coordination, BOQ study, and technical drawings (2D & 3D).

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business for fire-fighting pipeline construction projects
• Meet contractors, builders, project managers, and consultants to promote company services
• Understand project requirements, specifications, and site needs
• Study BOQs, drawings (2D & 3D), and tender documents
• Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Coordinate between clients and internal project teams
• Visit sites to understand scope, requirements, and technical issues
• Promote and explain fire-fighting technologies and products
• Ensure compliance with fire-fighting norms and standards (NFPA/IS)
• Achieve monthly and annual sales/marketing targets
• Maintain strong communication with consultants, contractors, and procurement teams

• NFPA standards
• IS fire safety standards
• UL/FM approved products

Fire-Fighting Piping & Components

• MS/GI pipes, Seamless, ERW, HDPE, CPVC
• Grooved fittings, welded fittings, flanges, couplings
• Valves: Gate, Butterfly, Check, Alarm, PRV
• Sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre-action, deluge)
• Fire pump room components
• Pipe schedules, pressure ratings

Construction Norms & Requirements

• Fire-fighting pipeline layout & routing
• Hanger supports, brackets, spacing norms
• Painting/coating standards (epoxy, red oxide)
• Testing and flushing procedures
• Commissioning procedures

Software & Technical Skills

• AutoCAD 2D & 3D (must)
• Excel (BOQ, costing, estimation—must)
• Reading and understanding technical drawings
• Experience in site coordination and project execution
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• Any MEP/fire-fighting technical training is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in MEP / Fire-Fighting Pipeline marketing or project sales
• Experience interacting with builders, consultants, and contractors

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
