Finoit - Senior Project Manager - Agile/Scrum Methodology

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution :

• Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans covering tasks, schedules, resource allocation, and dependencies.
• Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery across all assigned projects.
  

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies clearly and regularly.
• Foster team collaboration, remove roadblocks, and ensure smooth coordination across engineering, QA, design, and product teams.
  

Governance & Quality Assurance

• Monitor project performance using appropriate project management tools and KPIs.
• Ensure deliverables meet organizational quality standards and client expectations.
• Manage project budgets, forecast resource needs, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  

Process Improvement & Strategy

• Stay updated on emerging project management frameworks and Agile best practices.
• Recommend and implement improvements in processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the project management Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a Minimum 3 years of experience managing end-to-end software development projects (Web & Mobile).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple small or mid-sized projects simultaneously.
  

Technical & Management Skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Exceptional communication, team leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to proactively identify risks and propose solutions
