Finishing Engineer-Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Civil Finishing & Interior Fit-Out Works

  :
• Oversee and execute all civil finishing and interior fit-out works, including tiling, painting, false ceilings, joinery, flooring, partitions, waterproofing, etc.
• Interpret and implement GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, material specifications, and interior layouts for high-rise residential projects.
• Ensure timely execution of work by coordinating with vendors, contractors, architects, and consultants.

• Site Coordination & Monitoring

  :
• Monitor daily progress of work, identify any site issues, and ensure a snag-free handover at the end of the project.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports, snag lists, and quality checklists.
• Liaise with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and structural teams to ensure smooth service integration and resolve any integration issues.

• Quality & Safety Management

  :
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, construction protocols, and project schedules.
• Maintain material tracking and resource management to minimize wastage and delays during project execution.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Education

  :
• B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Experience

  :
• 4-5 years of experience in finishing work, particularly for high-rise residential projects.
• Technical knowledge of modern construction materials, detailing, and execution techniques.
• Familiarity with quality control systems, snagging tools, and adherence to project timelines.
• Experience working on premium interiors and high-spec finishes is preferred.
