About the Program

Suzlon is organizing onsite financial wellness sessions at the Ratlam plant, aimed at empowering employees with essential knowledge on personal finance, savings, and financial planning. The sessions will focus on building awareness and developing practical skills for achieving financial independence and long-term security.

Role: Financial Wellness Trainer

The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, relatable, and language-appropriate sessions on financial wellness to Suzlon’s Ratlam plant employees, including both on-roll and off-roll staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  three 1-hour sessions per day

  at the Ratlam plant.
• Deliver the sessions in

  Hindi, English, and/or local languages

  as required by the audience.
• Simplify financial concepts such as saving, budgeting, debt management, and financial goal setting to suit the understanding of plant workers.
• Use

  interactive methods and relatable real-life examples

  to enhance learning and engagement.
• Coordinate with the

  Suzlon HR/Wellness team

  for scheduling, logistics, and participant feedback.
• Ensure smooth facilitation and timely completion of all assigned sessions.

Trainer Requirements

• Proven experience conducting

  financial literacy or personal finance workshops

  for diverse or blue-collar audiences.
• Excellent

  communication and presentation skills

  in Hindi, English, and local/regional languages.
• Background in

  financial planning, banking, investment advisory, or wellness training

  preferred.
• Ability to make complex financial concepts simple, practical, and engaging.
• Willingness to

  travel to the Suzlon Ratlam plant

  for onsite delivery.
