Financial Service Consultant

The job involves direct customer service and sales to existing Max Life Insurance customers through relationship building. Customer leads will be provided by the company. The key responsibilities include driving revenue through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, focusing on lead to conversion ratio, exceeding revenue and collection targets, conducting competition analysis, fixing self-appointments daily from the customer database, timely resolution of service requests, driving renewal collection, ensuring customer retention, establishing and strengthening relationships with customers, and providing financial planning assistance based on customer financial goals. Success in this role will be measured by adherence to TAT for updating systems, achieving cross-sell and up-sell business goals, resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting retention targets, conducting more than 45 unique customer meetings per month, maintaining over 90% attendance, and scoring above 80% in functional trainings. The desired qualifications and experience for this position include being a graduate with 1-3 years of sales experience in Insurance, Mutual Fund, CASA, Investments, Loans, or Real Estate. A minimum of 6 months exposure to Life Insurance is required. The age bracket for candidates is 25-32 years, and owning conveyance is a must. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge, skills, and abilities such as process and result orientation, customer centricity, relationship building, basic computer knowledge, and good communication skills in English and a regional language.
