Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic financial planning, drive SAP implementation, and play a crucial role in IPO readiness within the fintech/financial services industry. Your primary responsibilities will include leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support key business decisions. Additionally, you will drive and support SAP implementation from a finance perspective, contribute to IPO readiness through due diligence and investor reporting, and develop and maintain financial models for evaluating performance and profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams across finance, strategy, and technology will be essential, and you will be expected to present actionable insights and reports to senior leadership. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) along with a proven track record in SAP implementation within a finance setting. Exposure to IPO preparation and financial due diligence is highly desirable. Strong analytical and presentation skills, coupled with business acumen, will be key to your success in this position. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are crucial, and candidates with additional qualifications such as CA/CPA/MBA in Finance are preferred.
