Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Planning Analysis (FPA) professional to join our finance team in Hyderabad. This role involves analyzing financial data, planning forecasting, and helping drive strategic decision-making through financial insights. The ideal candidate will have strong foundational skills in finance and accounting and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge practical business scenarios.

What you'll Do:

Analyze profit loss accounts, financial statements, and related data on a recurring basis.
Understand financial dashboards and systems to structure accurate financial models.
Prepare key management and collaborate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Assist leadership with data-driven insights for strategic planning and monthly financial reviews.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and financial goals.
Apply analytical problem-solving skills to enhance financial efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

Preferably a masters degree in Finance (or equivalent work experience in FPA).
3-5 years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work within standardized procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
