Were looking for an experienced Financial Analyst, FP&A to be part of our FP&A team. Reporting to the Manager, FP&A, youll be responsible for:

• Contributing to annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes
• Supporting monthly financial close processes, including headcount and variance analysis
• Preparing and distributing insightful financial performance packages, dashboards, and management reports
• Designing, building, and maintaining complex financial models for various strategic analyses
• Identifying opportunities and performing in-depth ad-hoc analysis to streamline processes and support decision-making

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• CA/Masters degree in finance, Economics, Strategy, Business or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or related roles
• Knowledge of Tableau and Structured Query Language or other comparable visualization tool

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualification)

• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel
• Knowledge of Adaptive, NetSuite, Salesforce
