Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

You will be responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis, including leading the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Your role will involve analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and providing insights to senior management. You will conduct in-depth analysis of program costs to identify areas for potential cost optimization and efficiency improvements. Additionally, you will lead the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, collaborating with various departments to ensure accuracy. Your activities will include finalization of masters, sales projection updates, and reporting of sales budgets for all channels. As part of your responsibilities, you will be accountable for reporting, analyzing, and continuously monitoring all areas related to Sales Accounts. You will prepare regular financial reports, including variance analysis, to track performance against the budget and identify key trends. You will also be expected to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze variances, and identify areas for improvement. Moreover, you will develop and maintain financial models to assess the financial impact of new programs, initiatives, and funding opportunities. Collaborating with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations, you will provide financial insights to support business objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for channel-wise P&L and audit activities. The ideal candidate for this role should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 7-10 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG sector, with 4-6 years in an FP&A role. Proficiency in building and using financial models, strong analytical skills, experience in budgeting and forecasting, and the ability to make recommendations aligning with strategic goals are essential. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in financial management software, SAP module, and MS Office are also required.
