Financial Planning Analyst

Role Overview: As the FP&A Lead, you will be instrumental in driving budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting to facilitate strategic decision-making. Your primary duties will involve leading the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles, creating financial models, tracking variances, and conducting financial reviews with the CEO and CFO for accurate analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles in close collaboration with business units. - Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support business planning. - Track and explain variances between actuals and budget/forecast. - Conduct financial reviews with the CEO and CFO for precise and timely analysis. - Design and deliver monthly management reports with detailed commentary. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze underlying drivers. - Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial outcomes. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Financial modeling and forecasting expertise. - Excellent business acumen and stakeholder engagement. - High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI). - Effective communication and presentation skills. - Attention to detail with a strategic mindset. Additional Company Details: The ideal candidate should possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) qualification with over 12 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or corporate finance roles. Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or FMCD industries is preferred, along with exposure to SAP, ERP, and BI tools.,
