Financial Planning Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and support the

  annual budgeting

   and

  quarterly forecasting

   processes across departments.
• Prepare and deliver

  monthly management reports

  , including variance analysis vs. budget/forecast.
• Conduct

  financial modeling

  , scenario analysis, and KPI tracking to support business initiatives.
• Analyze business trends, cost drivers, and revenue performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure accurate financial inputs and alignment with business goals.
• Assist in

  monthly/quarterly close activities

   and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Work on

  ad-hoc analysis

   and presentations for senior leadership.
• Ensure data integrity and streamline reporting processes through automation and process improvements.
• Support strategic planning, investment analysis, and performance benchmarking.
