Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

As a DM-Financial Planning & Analytics, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Monthly book closure and variance analysis - Monthly reporting of results to parent organization and Indian management - Reviewing departments' operating costs, providing proper justification and explanation to Management - Explaining variances between projections and actuals - Monthly MIS preparation - Preparation and analysis of Scorecard (Global & Domestic), providing business commentary with suitable recommendations - Providing ad-hoc reporting to support management decision making - Reporting to headquarters with strict adherence to reporting calendar - Coordinating with inter-functional teams to prepare quality MIS and enhancing the company's business knowledge for long-term professional growth - Acting as a Finance Spoc for Marketing Spends, including presenting monthly summaries of underlying opex, open commitments, and adequate provisioning in Accounts - Presenting a big ticket size market campaign ROI and its resultant impact on business - Preparation of monthly projections for different channels and categories - Liaising with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure accurate and timely submissions - Aiding Finance Manager in the preparation of financial plans for a one-to-five-year horizon - Taking sole responsibility for planning and reviewing Direct and Indirect operating expenses - Liaising with different stakeholders for the preparation of the Capital plan and analyzing the financial viability of different projects Your qualification should include: - Strong analytical skills - Proficiency in financial planning and analysis - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of financial reporting and variance analysis Please note that the above job description is presented in the second person to align with the requested format.
