Position Overview

We are seeking highly experienced and respected professionals from the banking sector (General Manager level and above) to serve as trainers, mentors, and advocates for financial literacy.

This is an ideal opportunity for suited for working, semi retired or retired Banking professionals looking to give back to society, contribute to nation-building, and inspire the next generation with their expertise and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 

  engaging and contextual workshops

   across the following themes:
• Basics of money management and budgeting
• Banking fundamentals, credit, and responsible borrowing
• Digital banking, fraud awareness, and consumer protection
• Financial planning, saving and investment basics
• Entrepreneurship development and business thinking
• Facilitate 

  interactive, values-driven sessions

   for high school and college students or community participants.
• Use personal anecdotes, case studies, and real-world examples to enhance relatability and impact.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to learners, especially those from vulnerable or first-generation backgrounds.
• Support the content development team in refining curriculum based on your experience.
• Represent CredMinded in school and institutional engagements across Delhi, Srinagar, Chandigarh and other designated regions (moderate travel expected).

Who Should Apply

• General Managers or above from RBI, PSU banks, private sector banks, or NBFCs with a minimum of 15–20 years of experience, either open to work, semi retired or retired
• Strong experience in areas like retail banking, customer service, MSME, credit, or financial inclusion.
• Deep commitment to education, social impact, and youth mentoring.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and group facilitation skills.
• Availability for 3–5 workshops per month (in-person or hybrid).
• Comfortable with consulting/project-based work, with the option to transition into a full-time leadership/mentorship role.
