Role Overview We are looking for a Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead our outreach and engagement efforts across Rajasthan. This is a strategic role focused on expanding CredMinded’s presence through institutional partnerships, CSR collaborations, government engagement, and community mobilization. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with performance-linked incentives. High performers will be considered for leadership roles as the organization scales. Note: This is not a classroom or facilitation role. It is a strategic business development function that requires regular travel across Rajasthan. Key Responsibilities: 1. Educational Institution Partnerships (Schools, Colleges, Universities) Identify and engage with decision-makers (principals, coordinators, TPOs, deans) across the state. Drive outreach and onboarding of institutions for financial literacy bootcamps and workshops. Manage the complete sales and implementation lifecycle—from prospecting to MoU signing and program rollout. Align proposals with NEP 2020, life skills, and employability agendas. 2. CSR & Corporate Engagement Engage CSR heads, PSUs, and large private employers for co-branded literacy programs. Develop and present CSR-aligned proposals with clear impact metrics. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure execution aligns with partner expectations. 3. Government & Institutional Partnerships Liaise with departments such as Education, Skill Development, Women & Child Welfare, and Panchayati Raj. Monitor opportunities for partnerships via tenders, pilots, or MoUs. Represent CredMinded at government consultations, expos, and district-level platforms. 4. Community & Development Sector Outreach Partner with NGOs, SHGs, microfinance institutions, and community leaders to enable grassroots access. Mobilize cohorts from underserved areas in rural and semi-urban settings. Represent the organization with cultural sensitivity during community engagements. 5. Project Planning & Execution Coordination Collaborate with operations and program teams to align outreach with execution timelines. Track project progress, maintain partner communication, and ensure high-quality delivery. Provide on-ground insights to strengthen strategy and curriculum alignment. Candidate Profile Experience 3–8 years in business development, CSR partnerships, institutional sales, or stakeholder engagement. Strong preference for candidates with project implementation experience in initiatives supported by: World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB), United Nations agencies, or Central/State Government programs (e.g., skilling, education, livelihoods). Familiarity with Rajasthan’s development landscape, education institutions, and government ecosystem is a strong asset. Prior experience in sectors such as education, skilling, CSR, financial inclusion, or development is desirable. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Education, Development Studies, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field. Skills & Attributes Excellent communication in English and Hindi; fluency in local Rajasthani dialects is a plus. Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and proposal development skills. Self-driven, empathetic, and capable of working with diverse communities. Comfortable with extensive travel across Rajasthan.
