Financial Expert 1

• Lead the financial feasibility assessment and structuring of PPP projects.
  
• Develop and prepare comprehensive financial models, including revenue estimation, O&M cost projections, cash flow analysis, and project viability assessments (NPV, IRR, DSCR).
  
• Oversee the financial aspects of transaction documents, such as Feasibility Reports, RFQs, RFPs, DCAs, and Tariff proposals.
  
• Provide expert financial advice and analysis for project implementation and appraisal.
  
• Lead the preparation of Tariff proposals as per prevailing guidelines (e.g., TAMP) and assist in securing approvals.
  
• Manage bid process activities from a financial perspective, including evaluation of financial bids and recommendation of successful bidders.
  
• Conduct financial analysis of deviations from model documents.
  
• Provide financial opinions on project implementation and operation post-agreement signing.
  
• Analyze and review escrow statements and other financial credentials from concessionaires/lenders.
  
• Work on sustainable Royalty and Reserve Royalty calculations.
  
• Contribute to framing proposals for competent authorities (SFC, EFC, PPPAC, CCEA) with financial justifications.
  

Subject to availability, one “E” Type quarter at Port Colony, Gopalpuri will be provided RENT FREE. However, the Electricity, Water and other service charges will be charged extra.
