Financial Controller

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company. This includes managing accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support the organization's strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. - Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements following applicable standards. - Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. - Manage relationships with auditors for compliance and timely completion of audits. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee tax return preparation. - Design and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. - Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to foster continuous improvement and growth. - Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required. - Prior experience in finance, accounting, or related roles. - Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance. - Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.,
