Financial Controller

What youll do

:
Lead financial controlling & management across AR, credit control, vendor payments, and compliance.Drive financial reporting & MIS, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow insights.Manage tax planning, compliance, and audits across GST, Income Tax, and regulatory frameworks.Partner with business teams to ensure robust credit control & receivables management.Build and mentor a high-performing finance team with a culture of accountability.What we’re looking for:Chartered Accountant with 8–12 years of experience (startup or marketplace exposure is a plus).Strong grasp of accounting standards, compliance, and taxation in India.Proven expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and planning.Hands-on with ERP/MIS systems and data-driven decision-making.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Why Tractor Junction?
