Experience- 15yrs-20yrs

  • Strategic financial management

  • Oversee internal audits &coordinate with external auditors

  • Supervise &mentor finance team members

  • Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors& government and budgetary guidance

  • Ensure adherence to statutory regulations (GST, Income tax, PF, ESI)

  • lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning process

  • Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights to senior leadership

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
