Financial Consulting Supervisor 1 - Technical Delivery

As a FS+ Client Onboarding & Implementation Supervisor at RSM, you will play a crucial role in supporting and administering the deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing operation of the Allvue Fund Accounting system. Your responsibilities will include consulting and collaborating with a team of consultants to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support for client accounting services. Your expertise in accounting and cloud-based technology solutions will be essential in leveraging technology for process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead system implementation and onboarding of new clients within the RSM Fund Services Plus (FS+) practice. - Conduct client design sessions to analyze requirements and redesign business processes according to FS+ standards. - Configure and maintain the Allvue platform to align with specific financial processes and business requirements. - Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for end-users to ensure a smooth user experience within the Allvue platform. - Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Allvue. - Ensure data integrity and quality within the Allvue platform, including data imports and exports. - Stay updated with Allvue software updates and collaborate with IT for system upgrades and enhancements. - Ensure Allvue usage adheres to regulatory and compliance requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the implementation project to achieve business goals. - Assist with project-based initiatives including quality control review and technology/process optimization. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, MIS, or IT. - 5+ years of fund accounting experience in private equity or real estate industry. - Ability to interpret and apply financial and operational terms of Limited Partnership Agreements. - Expertise in process analysis and redesign of business processes. - Excellent communication, presentation, time management, and organizational skills. - Strong technology skills and ability to learn and use new technology software applications. Preferred Qualifications: - Allvue Implementation Certified Consultant. - Experience in public accounting firm, consulting firm, or other outsourced accounting roles. - Background in financial close process optimization/continuous improvement. - Experience leading implementations of 3rd party accounting systems. In this role, you will need to be highly customer-focused, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to quickly assess technical issues in a fast-paced environment. You must be dependable, organized, and capable of working both individually and in a team environment. Additionally, you should have a strong sense of ownership of client relationships and be able to work effectively under pressure while adapting to changing environments.
