Financial Consultant Trainee

With offices at Sector 168 and Noida West and an upcoming new office at Sector 132, we are rapidly growing to help organizations transform their business through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Finance Consultants with academic backgrounds in B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) to join our growing team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine financial expertise with technology consulting. Selected candidates will undergo specialized training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Business Central (BC) – the next-generation AI-powered ERP systems from Microsoft.

·       Understand and analyze client financial processes, accounting cycles, and reporting requirements.

·       Support design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Business Central solutions.

·       Work with project teams to deliver end-to-end ERP consulting services.

·       Prepare and review financial data, reconciliations, and system outputs for accuracy.

·       Assist in requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design.

·       Provide post-implementation support and user training.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, functional, and client stakeholders).

·       Stay updated on Microsoft’s evolving AI-driven ERP capabilities and best practices.

·       Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).

·       Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, financial statements, and compliance.

·       Good communication and problem-solving skills.

·       Interest in ERP systems, business processes, and technology.

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP platforms (preferred, not mandatory).

·       Freshers and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
