About the Role:

Join Legend Innovators as a Financial Compliance Specialist and play a vital role in ensuring the financial health and regulatory compliance of our clients. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bhubaneswar, offering flexibility with some work from home. You'll be a key member of our team, contributing to our mission of providing accessible, high-quality financial guidance to businesses across India.


What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Record and manage journal entries, maintaining meticulous financial records.
  • Leverage accounting software to efficiently manage company finances and streamline processes.
  • Manage GST and Income Tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.


What You'll Bring:

  • Proven expertise in preparing financial statements and managing journal entries.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting software and financial principles.
  • Comprehensive understanding of GST and Income Tax regulations and filing procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in a CA Firm, business advisory, or financial management environment is highly desirable.
