The Job Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy, develop corporate tie-ups, manage health events, and build strong healthcare partnerships. If you thrive in a fast-evolving environment and want to make an impact in the healthcare industry, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Lead and mentor a dynamic team of Business Development Executives.

🔹 Build and nurture partnerships with corporates, hospitals, and community organizations.

🔹 Manage doctors, associates, and commissioned agents for strategic growth.

🔹 Plan and execute impactful health camps, wellness programs, and outreach events.

🔹 Prepare monthly and annual business growth strategies.

🔹 Drive measurable results — achieving and surpassing business targets on time.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 4–8 years of experience in Business Development (Healthcare preferred).

✅ Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

✅ Strategic thinker with a proven record of achieving ambitious goals.

✅ Passion for technology-driven, inclusive healthcare solutions.

✅ MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
