Shift time- Needs to be Flexible Salary: 25K - 35K Notice Period : 0 - 15 days No. of vacancies: 2 No. Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong Financial Analyst & Project Underwriter to support investment decision-making and financial evaluations across various projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining financial models, conducting project feasibility assessments, performing due diligence, and supporting transaction execution activities. This is a cross-functional role requiring a strong foundation in finance, accounting, and strategic analysis. Key Responsibilities Conduct financial feasibility and viability assessments of proposed projects. Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions. Perform preliminary screening and underwriting of potential investment opportunities. Assist in due diligence processes , including financial reviews, report analysis, and market studies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency in models and documents. Prepare and contribute to the development of investment summaries, flyers, and memoranda . Support optimal deal structuring and client recommendations. Review financial statements and relevant documents to identify financial risks or opportunities. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Finance, Business , Accounting or a related field. Experience Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, accounting or a related field. At least 6 months to 1 year of hands-on financial modeling experience . Exposure to public accounting, external audit, asset valuation and real estate industry is a must. Past experience of managing US clients is a plus. Technical Skills Financial Modeling & Excel Skills Proficiency in advanced Excel functions including IF, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, and financial formulas (PMT, IPMT, etc.). Ability to build and customize amortization schedules for various funding instruments (e.g., tax-exempt bonds, taxable loans, soft financing, deferred developer fees ). Experience in structuring and automating multi-source funding models and integrating Sources & Uses across financial statements (Pro Forma, Cash Flow, Flow of Funds, etc.). Strong command of linking multi-tab workbooks for dynamic updates and scenario analysis. Adherence to financial modeling best practices, including clear input/output structuring, cell color coding, data validation, and workbook protection. Familiarity with building investor-ready models that prioritize clarity, auditability, and scenario flexibility. Core Competencies Excellent communication and presentation skills.
