Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, your role involves analyzing historical financial data and performance to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities. You will be responsible for preparing financial forecasts, budgets, and models to guide business planning. Your duties will include producing regular reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) and dashboards for management review. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, marketing, etc.) to provide financial input and ensure alignment - Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. plan), explain deviations, and recommend corrective actions - Monitor industry, economic, and market trends; perform benchmarking and competitive analysis - Assist in cash flow projections, capital expenditure planning, and working capital management - Help with financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions or partnerships (if applicable) - Support internal audit, compliance, and control functions as needed - Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership/stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field - Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools - Knowledge of industry trends and competitive analysis In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, please note that the work location for this Full-time position is in person.
