Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reports, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Support month-end close and general ledger activities
• Manage billing, including management fee calculations and invoice creation
• Perform cash management, journal entries, and resolve accounting issues
• Analyze expenses, prepare accruals, and handle tax calculations
• Review accounts payable and support expense reimbursements
• Perform accounts receivable aging, reconciliation, and reporting
• Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and prepaid expenses
• Maintain month-end close checklists in real time
• Conduct GL to sub-ledger balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis
• Prepare audit documentation and support audit requests
• Document SOPs and process workflows
• Identify risks proactively and escalate critical issues

Experience Required

• 6 - 9 years in Finance & Accounting operations
• Strong experience in Record to Report, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

Savvy Skills (Mandatory / Preferred)

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and accounting tools
• Solid understanding of accounting concepts, internal controls, and financial analysis
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
