As a Financial Advisor (Personal Loan) in the Lead Management System Financial Services division located at Mahape - Navi Mumbai, your role entails: - Contacting businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote services. - Explaining the product and its benefits to customers effectively. - Resolving customer queries promptly. - Following up with customers and collecting feedback after the initial interaction. - Recording customer and transaction details, as well as obtaining necessary customer information. - Scheduling appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
