Job Description – Financial Advisor Position: Financial Advisor Location: 16, camac street, british council l&t chambers Job Type: Full-Time (Incentive-Based) Earning Potential: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (with no upper limit on incentives) Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Financial Advisor to join our team. The role is primarily incentive-based, offering high earning potential with no cap on income. You will play a key role in providing financial guidance, investment advice, and savings solutions to banking customers while managing customer service and portfolio requirements. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals. Provide professional advice on investment options, savings plans, and financial products. Manage customer portfolios effectively to ensure maximum returns and satisfaction. Offer personalized financial solutions aligned with client needs and risk profiles. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to maintain service quality and trust. Stay updated on financial market trends and new investment opportunities. Drive customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and after-sales support. Qualifications & Skills Minimum Higher Secondary (HS) / Graduate qualification. Strong knowledge of financial products, investment planning, and savings schemes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets and manage client portfolios. Prior experience in banking, finance, or sales advisory preferred What We Offer Incentive-based earnings starting from ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month (no earning limit).
