Understand clients’ financial needs and provide suitable investment solutions. Educate clients on a range of financial products and Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Recruit, train, and manage a team of advisors or agents as you grow in your role. Regularly follow up with clients and ensure regular client reviews and offer long-term portfolio support. Attend training sessions to keep updated on financial products and compliance guidelines. Who Should Apply: Graduates or postgraduates from any stream. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a desire to grow in the financial services industry. Prior experience in sales/finance/insurance is a plus but not mandatory.
