data-driven marketing, creative storytelling, and deep insights into fashion trends and consumer

behaviour to drive measurable results for brands on Shopify.

Role Description :

We are hiring a Finance Manager / Senior Accountant to be the single owner of our day-to-day financial operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our accounting, payroll, and billing are flawless. You will work directly with our external CA firm to ensure 100% compliance and provide management with key financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting:

  Manage the day-to-day bookkeeping (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.).

• Billings:

  Handle all client invoicing, track receivables (money owed to you), and manage the SaaS subscription billing process.

• Payroll:

  Process monthly payroll for all 15+ employees and interns, managing reimbursements and deductions.

• Compliance Prep:

  Prepare all data (e.g., sales, expenses) needed for GST, TDS, and other filings for your external CA.

• KPI & Reporting:

  Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial operations (e.g., Days Sales Outstanding, billing accuracy, payroll timeliness) to management.

What to look for:

• Experience: 1.5+ years in a similar role or who has worked in similar/D2C/E-commerce type of domain of companies.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Zoho, etc.), advanced Excel, and a deep understanding of the billing/payroll cycle.
• Background: A B.Com or M.Com degree is standard. A CA-Inter (someone who has passed intermediate CA exams but is not fully qualified) is often a perfect fit for this role.
