Finance Regulatory Reporting, Officer

As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst within the Controllers Organization at Citi, your role will involve supporting the preparation, analysis, and submission of regulatory reports to various constituencies, including local regulators. You will work closely with other Finance and non-Finance functions across the organization to ensure accurate and timely reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the production, review, and timely submission of regulatory filings and reports to local regulators, including DSB, Financial Statements, and others. - Monitor and manage key metrics associated with reports to identify challenges and issues, and implement processes and controls to mitigate the risk of inaccurate reporting. - Collaborate with the team to drive process improvements for enhanced accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in the regulatory reporting process. - Assist during regulatory inquiries and examinations by delivering accurate information and analysis. - Work with peers and program leaders on the implementation of local regulatory changes within the reporting framework. - Partner with the Risk & Controls team to maintain and enhance an effective internal controls structure. - Integrate disciplinary knowledge within your specialty area with a basic understanding of related industry practices. **Qualifications:** - 2-5+ years of extensive experience in the financial services industry and regulatory reporting. - Basic knowledge of local regulatory reports. - Ability to streamline and summarize information points within a large organization to create repeatable processes. - Strong oral and written communication skills to synthesize complex concepts and influence change. - Strong technical problem-solving skills to identify conflicts, discrepancies, and other issues. - Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment and work effectively as part of a team. **Education:** - Bachelor's/University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
