Finance Regulatory Reporting, Assistant Vice President

As a Regulatory Reporting senior analyst within the Controllers Organization at Citi, you will play a crucial role in preparing, analyzing, and submitting regulatory reports to various local regulators. Your position will provide you with high visibility within the organization, offering opportunities to collaborate with different functions such as Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Operations. **Responsibilities:** - Support the production, review, and timely submission of regulatory filings and reports to local regulators. - Monitor and manage key metrics to identify challenges and issues, implementing processes and controls to mitigate inaccuracies. - Collaborate with the team to drive process improvements for enhanced accuracy and efficiency in regulatory reporting. - Assist during regulatory inquiries and examinations by delivering accurate information and analysis. - Work on implementing local regulatory changes within the reporting framework. - Partner with the Risk & Controls team to maintain and enhance an effective internal controls structure. - Operate with a limited level of direct supervision and exercise independence of judgment. - Perform financial analysis to determine variances. **Qualifications:** - 5+ years of extensive experience in the financial services industry and regulatory reporting. - Foundational knowledge of U.S. regulatory reports, Basel III capital regulations, GAAP/SEC Reporting, and stress testing frameworks like CCAR. - Ability to streamline information points within a large organization and create repeatable processes. - Strong oral and written communication skills to synthesize complex concepts and influence change. - Technical problem-solving skills to identify and resolve conflicts and discrepancies. - Capability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment and work effectively within a team. - Experience in managing large tasks in complex environments. **Education:** - Bachelor's/University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
