As a Financial Analyst at Wabag Group, your key responsibilities will include coordinating the timely completion of audits for all MDUs, preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements in accordance with Regulation 33, participating in the team for the preparation of the Annual Report, conducting the annual budgeting exercise, reviewing draft budgets with MDUs, preparing the Consolidated Budget on a yearly basis, collaborating with group entities on rolling forecasts, ensuring global tax compliance and transfer pricing, exploring new opportunities for tax optimization, updating the Group Accounting Manual and policies periodically, acting as an advisor for accounting queries, providing information for investor presentations, and offering ERP solutions to Finance and Project Modules. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, MBA, or CA, possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, demonstrate the ability to work in a team, prioritize tasks, multitask, and organize effectively. You should be flexible, adaptable, and capable of working independently while showcasing strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Your technical competencies will involve preparing monthly MIS reports with variance explanations, conducting project margin analysis, analyzing balance sheets for risks and opportunities, managing the cash position of group entities, performing tax-related analysis, and upholding integrity in all financial matters.
