As a Finance Professional with 3-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. Your role will involve monitoring and analyzing accounting data to produce financial reports and statements. It will be crucial to establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles while coordinating and completing annual audits. In this role, you will be expected to provide recommendations for improvement, enhance systems and procedures, and initiate corrective actions where necessary. Assigning projects and directing staff to ensure compliance and accuracy will be part of your responsibilities, as well as meeting financial accounting objectives and maintaining fiscal files and records to document transactions. Additionally, you will prepare Debit Notes for Rental and other incomes, perform routine and non-routine accounting functions, and generate Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Management Information System (MIS) Reports. Extracting existing data to create presentable reports, charts, and graphs, as well as preparing ad-hoc reports on a need basis, will be essential tasks. Furthermore, providing high-level administrative support to the accounts team will also be expected from you. To excel in this role, you should have proven working experience as an Accounting Manager and possess advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
