  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • Handling queries on agreement clauses.
  • Taking care of Payment collections & Recovery.
  • Maintaining the individual Client files with the required documents.
  • Providing legal & builder documents to complete the process.
  • Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data
  • Sending Demand notices to Allottees
  • Updating ERP
  • Calculation of accounts payable by allottees
  • Assist the customer with the loan formalities
  • Advice customers with customizations in their flats
  • Handling registration formalities in coordination with the legal team.

SKILLS:

  • He Should possess very good knowledge in Verbal and Written skills of English
  • Good in MS Word & Excel
  • Basic knowledge of real estate, property and sales
