Finance Process Lead RTR

As a Finance Process Lead General Ledger Record to Report (RTR) at Volcafe Ltd, you will have the exciting opportunity to manage the general ledger function within the Finance and Accounting team. Your role involves recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports. Reporting to the Head of Finance Operations, you will work in a global environment and have the potential for long-term development in the fast-paced soft commodities industry. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct advanced financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making. - Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements. - Review and ensure quality checks as per MCS. - Provide expertise in specific FP&A Processes, leading process changes and improvements. - Regularly review process designs to identify best practices and improvements. - Identify and implement automation opportunities and new tools. - Run change and improvement initiatives with robust project management systems. - Assist during audits by attending to audit requests and requirements. - Mentor junior team members and provide guidance. - Prepare and review financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and trial balances. Qualifications Required: - Masters or bachelor's degree in a related field from a well-recognized institute. - 9-13 years of experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations with clear communication abilities. - End-to-end RTR process improvements, ERP mastery, and RTR controls optimization. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Strategic oversight in standardization, simplification, and issue resolution. - Drive ERP-led transformation, automation, and best practices adoption. - Lead RTR audit readiness and ensure compliance with controls and documentation. - Participation in continuous improvement projects within shared services is advantageous. - Excellent written and oral communication skills.
