✧ Role Overview

Accounts & Operations Analyst

You won’t just sit behind spreadsheets — you’ll play a vital role in keeping the gears of our business turning. From finance to inventory to multi-channel listings, you’ll bring order, insight, and precision into our growing brand.

✧ What You’ll Do

• Understand the Product

  : Develop a working knowledge of our entire product life cycle — from fabric to final shirt — to align operations with the realities of production.

• Daily Financials & Bookkeeping

  : Maintain clear and up-to-date financial records, including daily transactions and expenses.

• GST Compliance

  : Organize, compile, and submit accurate data for GST filings in coordination with our external CA.

• Operational Process Creation

  : Build and refine processes across departments — from production to fulfillment — with a focus on repeatability and scalability.

• Daily Reporting

  : Track and report on daily operational targets, production progress, and order fulfillment. Your reports will inform daily decision-making.

• Efficiency Building

  : Identify inefficiencies across operations and suggest practical, actionable improvements to reduce waste and save time.

• Inventory & Listings Management

  : Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely listing/updating of products across multiple sales channels and marketplaces.

• Analytical Reviews

  : Conduct reconciliations, monitor key performance metrics, and identify trends or gaps in performance.

• Company Performance Reports

  : Lead the creation of detailed quarterly reports that cover finance, production, inventory, sales, and operational KPIs.

• SOP & Documentation

  : Document all processes through SOPs and workflow diagrams to maintain internal clarity and cross-functional consistency.

✧ Who You Are

• A qualified

  Chartered Accountant

• Highly disciplined with a strong sense of accountability
• Advanced MS Excel skills — capable of building analytical dashboards and automations
• Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in dynamic setups
• Passionate about fashion, process-building, and learning by doing
• Curious to understand how garments are made and how systems impact quality
• Articulate communicator, especially in English
