Finance + Process Analyst Fashion Startup

As an Accounts & Operations Analyst at Jazba Curators LLP, operating under the brand Window Seat, your role involves being sharp, grounded, and process-driven. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the operational efficiency of the business, ranging from finance to inventory management. Your responsibilities include: - **Understand the Product:** Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product life cycle, ensuring alignment of operations with production realities. - **Daily Financials & Bookkeeping:** Maintain accurate financial records, track daily transactions, and manage expenses efficiently. - **GST Compliance:** Coordinate with the external CA to compile and submit precise data for GST filings. - **Operational Process Creation:** Establish and enhance processes across various departments with a focus on repeatability and scalability. - **Daily Reporting:** Monitor and report on daily operational targets, production progress, and order fulfillment to support decision-making processes. - **Efficiency Building:** Identify operational inefficiencies, propose actionable improvements to enhance efficiency, and save time. - **Inventory & Listings Management:** Maintain precise inventory records and ensure timely listing and updating of products across different sales channels. - **Analytical Reviews:** Conduct reconciliations, monitor key performance metrics, and identify trends or gaps for performance improvement. - **Company Performance Reports:** Lead the creation of detailed quarterly reports covering finance, production, inventory, sales, and operational KPIs. - **SOP & Documentation:** Document all processes through SOPs and workflow diagrams to ensure internal clarity and cross-functional consistency. Qualifications required for this role include being a qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance, possessing advanced MS Excel skills, having an entrepreneurial mindset, being passionate about fashion and process-building, and demonstrating articulate communication skills. Additional bonus skills in Canva are advantageous.
