Role:

Key Focus:

Deliver executive-level financial reporting, insights, and recommendations
Lead forecasting, budgeting, variance, and trend analysis
Build and own complex financial models and budgetary controls
Act as a trusted finance partner on major business decisions
Drive FP&A process and system improvements
Mentor junior team members

Must-Have Skills:

6+ years in FP&A / corporate finance
Strong financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis
Advanced Excel and SAP
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication
