Position: Finance Operations Lead
Location: BangaloreLevel: Senior General ManagerReporting to: CFOAbout the Role:We're hiring a #FinanceOperations Lead to drive core finance functions including AP/AR, general ledger, payroll, reconciliations, cash flow, and financial reporting. This role is critical to streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, and leading a high-performing finance team.Requirements:Qualified #CharteredAccountant8–12 years of experience in finance operations, including 2–3 years in a leadership roleStrong ERP (SAP preferred), GAAP/IFRS, and Excel skillsExperience in high-growth environments preferredKey Skills:Finance operations, accounting, compliance, team management, process improvement, SAP, cash flow management.
