Job Description

As we scale, the finance & operations function becomes the silent engine poweringeverything - ensuring every centre runs smoothly, every transaction is capturedaccurately, and every piece of operational inventory is maintained and accounted for. As a Finance & Operations Intern, you’ll step into the core of this engine - building clean MIS, ensuring accurate reconciliations, owning revenue reporting, and managing the operational backbone that keeps patient care running seamlessly.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

Daily & Monthly MIS:
Prepare and update daily MIS for operations, collections, and expenses.
Assist in monthly MIS consolidation and ensure accuracy and timely submission.
Expense Tracking & Budgeting:
Track all expenses across BW and assist in budget monitoring
Support the finance team and operations team in validating bills and costs.
Reconciliations:
Perform routine reconciliations for:
Collections (cash, UPI, bank transfers)
Payments (vendor payments, reimbursements, petty cash)
Payment Gateways (Razorpay/Paytm/other platforms)
Revenue Reporting:
Update and verify daily revenue across centres.
Support month-end revenue reports and summaries.
Inventory & Stock Management:
Support daily/weekly/monthly stock checks and maintain updated stock ledgers.
Assist in managing the inventory of medicines and consumables across centres.
Coordinate with vendors for stock ordering, delivery follow-ups, and issue resolution.
Assist in vendor coordination, payments, and relationship management
