Position: Finance Officer
Location: Travel to Thane & Bhiwandi
Experience: 1–2 years in Finance/Accounts (preferably in the non-profit sector)
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Commerce
Reports to: Coordinator – Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor budgets and maintain accurate data entry of vouchers.
• Handle staff advance settlements and vendor reconciliations.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain financial records for audits.
• Support the Coordinator – Finance in funder audits and documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong accounting knowledge and analytical ability.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and MS Office.
• Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.

Note:

This role is based across Thane and Bhiwandi. The work arrangement involves spending approximately two days a week at the Thane office, two days at the Bhiwandi office, and the fifth day depending on where the workload is higher for that week.
