Finance Officer

As Finance Officer with Hilti you will be responsible for invoice booking, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing (MEC), ensuring GST-compliant invoicing, timely book closures, and support for year-end closing (YEC) with auditors. Prepared MIS reports for plant reviews, executed internal control checks per global processes, cleared open balance sheet items, and maintained GL/cost center adherence to the Finance Manual while supporting BOFC and monthly MIS submissions. Contributed to ERP implementation and automation, managing MEC checklists for efficient financial operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Responsibility of Invoice booking, Bank reconciliation and Month end closing)
• Ensure right invoice booking in line with the GST.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation.
• Support in MEC and YEC and closely work with auditors.
• Preparing the MIS and periodical review with plant.
• Perform internal control checks and ensure adherence of global processes.
• Ensure timely closure of books and support for submission of BOFC and Monthly MIS
• Month end closing MEC check list, timely closure of all MEC tasks
• Clear all open items and prepare schedules for balance sheet accounts
• GL account and cost center Adherence as per Global Finance Manual
• ERP implementation and automation

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Qualified CA Inter or MBA-Finance with 2-3 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge P2P process, Month end closing and Bank reconciliation.
• Strong functional expertise in Finance
• Advanced level knowledge in SAP/Excel
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
